You can access it, you can communicate, you can recruit. You will spend much less time finding new players and communicating with them. My name is Polina Malykh, I was born and raised in Moscow, Russia. I am Division 1 athlete at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. I know what it is to be a foreign student-athletes who didn’t grow up in American culture. I have come all the way there, and I know the process, how hard and challenging it can be. I was unfamiliar with pretty much everything, and I want my compatriots to stress less than I did. We are creating this platform to help athletes make their dreams come true in much easier way.

You will find all the information about athlete’s background, such as ranking, results, grades, but you will also be given pictures and a video about the athlete. You can easily communicate with him or her, and we will be there to help you in any possible way.

No. We only give access to the ones who decided to work with us.
8 – I can find all the information on my own. Why do I need you?
It is hard to simply find all the information about a foreign athlete on your own. It takes much more time than it will take as all the information is laid out in front of you. All the available options are right there for you. Russia has different educational system, athletes are different – they need someone to trust and explain a lot of new things to them. This is what we do. For example, Russian athletes do not have a NCAA system as athletes have in America. Do they know much about it? Not really. Communication is another factor. We make it all much more possible and easier, as we communicate with both sides.
9 – Why should I recruit Russian athletes?
Russia has been known for building hard-working, dedicated, and strong athletes. They are looking for ways to connect their future with their sport, but they are also willing to work hard and give their best all the time.
